JAMES HURLEY NAMED PRESIDENT OF TARLETON UNIVERSITY

The Texas A&M System Regents have named James Hurley as the next president of Tarleton State University – following a nationwide search, led by our Anthem Academics team. Dr. Hurley comes to Tarleton from Tusculum University in Greeneville, Tennessee, where he has served as president since 2017. Tusculum is the oldest university in the state, celebrating 225 years of education.
